Legislative changes made to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) effective from 1 April 2022 mean that there are new options for how Carawine shareholders receive shareholder notices (such as meeting documents and annual reports). We will no longer send you physical meeting documents, unless you request a copy to be posted to you. You can elect to receive some or all of your shareholder notices in physical or electronic form.
Electronic communication has the advantage of being timelier and more cost effective than physical mail, so we encourage you to provide an email address so we can communicate with you electronically when shareholder notices become available online.
Shareholders can still elect to receive some or all of their communications in physical or electronic form. To review or change your communication preferences, or sign up to receive your shareholder communications via email, please update your details via your portfolio at the Link Investor Centre. If you don’t have an Investor Centre portfolio, you can easily create one by following the instructions on the Link website.
